About 2 years ago USAA moved my USAA Cornerstone moderate mutual fund to Victory capital. The ER jumped from 0.26 to 1.4%. I had issues setting up an account at Victory and when I did I had no visab ility on my mutual fund which was about 180K at that time. I called Fidelity and they did a broker to broker transfer of that fund into Fidelity FZROX.
