Xfinity roku app not working.

Apr 24, 2023 · Comcast was working this morning on my Roku but for the last few hours it is not working. The app will not launch. My Roku is updated and xfinity has not updated. I restarted my modem, Roku and tv to no prevail. Is something going on? It's a very inexpensive Roku, does not have a model number on it. Has external power supply and a HDMI cable. I bought it at walmart. The internet is working fine on my ipad and laptop using this pubic xfinity wifi - the ipad and lap top both ask me for my user name and password, the roku never does - this seems like it might be the problem?so am I missing something.
