Now that it's getting colder and drier my cuticles seem to be getting worse, so I've started just slathering Burt's Bees Beeswax & Banana Hand Creme (I'm a fan of Burt's Bees products, can't you tell?You learn something new every day). The infinite shine polishes are still regular nail lacquer, so you can use any lacquer base and top coat you want. Works fine, it's just regular nail polish. I use my usual top coat and base coat with it, no issues. I've used them with OPI rapidry top coat and Morgan Taylor stick with it base. I dont know what top and base youre planning on ...
