Premed is really good for P/S but I would say its weak in the other sections. So it really depends if you want a good deck for all the section I would either use miles down or the ortho deck. I used miledown and got a 129. On the real thing, P/S felt so different.I see alot of talk about some of the exams finding lower yield of P/S even so that the 86 page doc may not be enough. I currently read the 86 page doc and do the MD anki deck for P/S, but I have another P/S deck where some of the topics have 3x or 4x the cards of each topic.
