I own a 93 YJ and a 99TJ, YJ's have a regulator on at the fuel rail with the return going back to the tank and TJ's have a single feed line with all regulation in the tank as part of the sending unit. The fuel return (is 5/16" hose) and the vent / rollover is 1/4" hose. Note that the TJ's don't have a return fuel since the fuel rail regulates the pressure.
