I have spoken to Karliah from the end of Speaking with Silence, and afterwards the quest ends, but Hard Answers does not start. I have tried reloading, talking to Enthir, using console commands to manually start it but nothing will work. I have looked it up and nobody else seems to be having this problem.

I pickpocketed the mage Calcelmo to get his key, and proceeded to his museum. I am a wood elf thief/assassin, so I had no problem getting past the guards into the lab. Once I got into the lab however, something was off.
