I tired exfil my insured weapons in different slots, contraband in different slots as well so contraband found in the current run. Non of these worked. I also tried dead droppin guns with no look. One of my team mates in a previous run completed the mission when I didn't have it equipped so I had wondered if that bugged put my mission some how.The new map, Al Mazrah, is fantastic, the TTK is fast with the best weapons, and the DMZ mode is interesting. However, Warzone 2 has a lot of issues at the time of writing. We've already seen an instant kill bug being squashed, a "Locked on Menu" issue, several instances of performance drops, and more.

This might not be the actual fix, but it beats having a full weapon stash and coming back to just 23/##. Those that aren't familiar with it, those of us using consoles to play DMZ have been experiencing our weapons and keys being deleted. No matter what capacity above 23 weapons stash we have, anything above 23 gets deleted. I started the game with primary insured weapon (ISO Hemlock) in slot one, contraband SMG in slot 2. The game loaded with nothing usable for primary weapon : note, not even fists. I can switch to second weapon but what the video doesn't show is that it's also not possible to un-equip that second weapon back to fists/nothing. Bug possible. I have to restart my game each time this happens then immediately delete or move a weapon into my backpack in order to alleviate the “weapon stash” full issue. Same goes for keys. Just ensure they’re below max before adjusting missions and you’ll be fine. Terrible bug though.

It should re-sync all your data, nothing is lost, and you should be able to use whatever gun you want in DMZ. If you DO have the full game then ONLY delete your RESERVED SPACE. This fixes my Insured slot issue everytime.
