19 is best for the 5 slots and I find the starter Pyro armor to be perfect when upgraded to +9/10, just utilize the DWGR and a good shield and light DEX-weapon and you can ninja-flip without Havel's Ring. Don't expect to take a whole lot of hits, but if you want, you can slap on the wolf ring and gargoyle helm for some quick and lightweight Poise.

This melee/pyro build is heavily stat dependent and it takes a while to get it going. It was not really until after Abyss Watchers, when I got Carthus Flame Arc, that things really picked up.
