If it is not named BLUS31159- [NCAA Football 14] then rename it to that. Go into that folder and create a new folder called PS3_UPDATE in all caps. In the PS3_UPDATE folder make a new folder called UPDATE in all caps. Put the PS3 firmware (PS3UPDAT.PUP) into the UPDATE folder. Now reinstall CFB Revamped and it should work.
It makes the game super updated with the rosters and more playable than current Madden or any Madden since 25. Check the discord. Fang’s recruiting mod, Cgator’s sliders, and TheBleedingRed’s dynasty tool are essential mods imo, improve the game dramatically.
