ikr. i was heckin happy when it dropped. its a loot expanding loaded dice with 15 luck. Nobody's figured it out yet. We can't seem to get a clear answer as to how much Loaded Dice adds to Luck; so just to be on the safe side, try getting a Loaded Dice with the bonus Luck. Same, it's a PITA.
