Do I just multiply by 2 to get the % correct out of 100 (in this case, 39x2=78% correct), and then just look up the percentile that corresponds to that % correct? UW is the best and sometimes I can't do all the questions during a 4 week rotation. I prioritize UW then do AMBOSS if I have time. AMBOSS tends to have some more esoteric, kinda random questions that are lower yield. If you only do one, do UW. If you can afford both and love question banks, do both.
