TradeStation has no inactivity fee. TradeStation charges a withdrawal fee of $35 for non-US investors while IB has free withdrawals. I'm researching this for a client right now and this thread was at the top of my google search. It's worth noting, now a year later, IB has discontinued their $10/mo inactivity fee.
