Using the app it will give you 2 sets of numbers to plug into the app and then ask you to tell it the first key generated. Then either check the cd-key in your account settings on the website to activate the app on your new phone or remove the old security key and add a new one. If all that fails you need to call customer support to get it fixed. You will require to answer your secret questions there before they can help you further.
