The harpy will take a few phases to do solo unless you part of the very few able to solo 2 phase him, take it slow and focus on staying alive as the priority. This dungeon is more of a marathon in terms of the boss encounters due to health pools. Witherhoard and a linear is great for harpy and a rocket for wyvern at the end.
Overall, this is my 8th solo flawless run of the Spire of the Watcher dungeon in Destiny 2 Season of the Seraph. Each boss was about 5 phases. In season 20, the void builds are much better. Nowadays with golden gun and star-eaters, you can three phase Akelos easily. For the climb up and Persys, Id probs go strand. Woven mail is Suuuuper good and strand hunter can 2 phase the final boss with super and a grenade launcher.

I finally managed to solo ( not flawless) spire of the watcher on my warlock. There is just one infuriating problem, the triumph didn’t count for some reason. No one joined me during the dungeon.
