It will show up on your portal if you are accepted a few days before you get a congratualtions e-mail and video. No one here will know the actual date but for reference, I transferred last year and received my Cal Poly decision around a month after my other decisions. I believe it was around March 15th. Transferred in 2019 and I remember getting mine in early March like March 8th or something.
