On the romhacking.net site for Crystal Legacy, the description says: TMs are single use ( all TMs eventually become available for purchase) However, when I looked through the Google Doc for purchasable TMs, I couldn't find all the TMs.TMs like Nightmare and Headbutt were listed, but ones like Earthquake and Shadow Ball are not.
