well i guess ill throw my 2 cents in as someone with mechanical experience with the engines. There are a slew of complaints about the european MX engines having problems having high oil consumption this was an issue with the rings being exposed to too much combustion pressure and carbon build up on the pistons scoring the walls.
Paccar mx13. remove the housing for the water pump then remove the oil cooler along with the oil module on the block. if you separate the oil cooler from the oil module you will have a hard time putting it back together and you will need to remove everything anyways. diagram below. It's pretty accurate. I even ran 67 mph in 8 direct with the cruise on. I am not sure what power rating this engine is. But I'm sorry theses engines have plenty of power to do the job. Getting 90 psi +~- 10 at idle . Under light load comes up around 100 psi . On the scan tool pressure at idle is any where from 40 to 160 but around 90 to 100 mostly .
