the SAS and sights were a good idea executed poorly. They are a complete change from traditional sights and will cover half of your sight picture. And the lack of tritium makes them completely worthless and unusable if your in a low/no light situation. Another problem is the SAS is almost useless one handed.

Porting tends to destroy night vision due to the increased muzzle flash inherent to porting, thereby having a negative effect on follow-upshots.
