I sprayed over sanded 2K primer. Before I sprayed I wiped the panel with 70% rubbing alcohol. The fisheyes/solvent pop didn't show up until an hour or two after the last coat. I have used different clear on it with no ill effects. Each painter has his own methods for cutting and buffing.
