Compared to my other 1911's, it feels sloppy, clunky and is loud. I know it's not a high end Kimber, but my Ruger SR1911 feels better.

I recently bought my first 1911 (Ultra Carry II), and was a little clumsy the first few times cleaning it. While it does take a little longer than my Glock, I can now field strip in about a minute and detail strip in about 5-10 minutes. You might ask if there is another salesperson that is more familiar with the gun.

The extractor is held in place by the firing pin stop, so the firing pin stop and firing pin and spring must be removed first. 1. Unload the gun and lock the slide to the rear. 2.
