Absolutely abysmal customer service. Accidentally booked a trip without insurance and immediately contacted to get this cancelled and corrected while the transaction was still pending, got stonewalled multiple times before being told it was "escalated" and hearing nothing back. Only to find out that online prices are lower than the actual price you customer service team are charging you false advertisement. Then they tell you that the rooms you looking had just been sold out and the same room that is available is going at a higher price.
