The characters do not show up on the screen for a noticeable amount of time. The keyboard functions are very barebones right now. I don't think you can even use a shortcut like Ctrl+Arrow Key to jump around a document. Supernote can natively edit TXT and DOCX files. I don't think reMarkable can do this yet.
