RRECS Depends on walk distance to gather mail, number of trays of DPS, number of trays of FSS. There is no time standard for other mail prep, like dumping sacks, so I'm not sure how a carrier wlll be credited. Also no time credit for withdrawing "raw mail" or prebundled flats. Not sure how that will be counted.

If the carrier agrees to a route cut then the route can be cut. If your route's STANDARD hours are greater than 57:36, then your route Is greater than a 48K. If you are going over evaluation because of that then you could file a grievance and get paid for the hours worked over 48 in 5 days. Management could also provide auxiliary assistance.
