In my opinion, Community servers are your best bet. I recommend finding such a server (respective to your region) that advertises active moderation, with certain limited QoL modifications to warm yourselves up to the base gameplay experience, you will typically find these called Vanilla Plus servers.Dayzsalauncher seems faster because it caches the server + modlist and it also has extra filtering. It requires the server owner to run an extra app too. Once in a while it's gets wonky and there is 0 support on the discord.
