In Ark: Survival Evolved, a creature is given a stat point for each level. Each of these points are assigned to a random stat. With every level, a creature has a 1/7 (14.3%) chance of upgrading each stat. A creature at level 120 will have 119 stat points (starting from level 1). The Torpor stat is increased with every level.

Attack enemy water dino to try an lure mine in. Swim out to deep water (surface an deep) with follow (all commands). NOTE: DO NOT teleport while riding shark.
Basically to build a thatch building about 3-4 tiles high and 5 tiles wide, leaving one side open to swim the shark inside. Then put it on passive with plenty of food, and then shut the side up with thatch. This of course won't keep any players out but it should keep the shark from running away or getting killed by wild sharks.
