We checked and the fuse blocks are 40 amp but they look made onto the board cause they do not pull out. Did not try to remove just in case they are built in.Next remove the top of the cover directly behind the steering wheel. Once you get those pieces off you will see (4) torx 25 screws on the four corners of the speedo. Remove screws and gently pull top of speedo towards you. Unplug the green connector on the top center of the speedo.
