About the Foundation. The Ida A. Ryan Charitable Trust was created under the will of Miss Ida Alice Ryan, who died in 1953. The will directs that one-half of the net income earned be distributed to the Catholic Cathedral of Christ the King, Atlanta, Georgia, "to be used in such a manner as the governing body of said Church shall determine."As Nellie Mae continues to learn and grow in our work, we are fortunate to see our staff expand with the addition of knowledgeable, experienced new team members.
