The fuel pressure is 38. fuel pump relay is new eec relay is new. 1993 f 150 extended cab auto trans 5.0 engine. spare coil is exactly like whats on the truck now. engine turns over but does not start. spark is at all the plugs. Timing is preliminary set at 0 TDC to #1 Cylinder on compression stroke.95 F150 cranks but won't start. I have been searching the forums here but cant find specific info to my year truck or problem. I just changed both in tank pumps and filter because they died and truck ran great for about 6 miles, then promptly died. FF- I think what they're refering to is the fuel cut-off switch. That doesn't control fuel pressure except to either stop the pressure or start it. It simply cut's the fuel pump off in the case of an accident. Also, cranks and turns over are the same thing. It's not possible for it to turn over but not crank.Ford F150 Forum.
