The softest-shooting subcompact 380s in my opinion are the Glock 42 and the Sig p238 (and others like it like the Springfield 911, Colt Mustang, Kimber micro, etc.) My personal recommendation would be the Glock because of its ease of use. I just got a Springfield 911 in 380 and it shoots so much softer than my 2 larger 9mm handguns. I love it!
