Crystal bow with armour is 25% less dps than bowfa, that difference is mostly damage output, not accuracy ... But selling will open you to a lot more content without taking a huge hit on DPS where you’d otherwise use T bow.

Thralls, I do Bowfa only Zulrah with Serpentine Helm and thralls summon for maximum laziness while on mobile. Thralls don't really speed up my kills in a way that I can feel, but they do really make my kills more consistent since I'm not using a mage switch. That's just objectively wrong and tbh the gaunt grind is closer to a 100% necessary grind than a 100% not necessary one. My next upgrade would be Bowfa that is true. However for a new account you just get the quests done, get the bow and skip everything it's kind fo stupid how good that bow is.Shadow copers vs tbow chads. Sell the Bowfa, you won't need it. Bowfa is best in slot virtually nowhere, and Tbow can make you multiple mil/hr with virtually no upkeep and very little extra gear. The sooner you get the Tbow, the sooner you can get a minimal raid setup and get your bank built back up.

Use serp. You barely use scales. I still have 125k scales at 700~ kc using both trident of the swamp and serp helm. Only disassembled one dupe. Serp helm at Zulrah is 100% worth on an ironman. Which is better? Slayer helmet, unless you're killing undead. Then you wanna wear crystal helmet +salve ei. Well one is 2.5% dmg and 5% accuracy. The other is 15% dmg and accuracy. Can bowfa Deez nuts fit in you crystal helm?

Full Crystal Armor + Crystal Bow and ranged accessories has an effective Ranged Accuracy Bonus of 243. Full Arma + T bow on zulrah after T bow's passive has an effective accuracy of 250, meaning full Crystal + Cry Bow is basically equally as accurate as T bow. There is a difference in DPS, but idk how to calculate it since T bow is 1 tick ...So so so much better. Rune cbow is typically great against high defence targets because of it's slow speed high accuracy, the new Sunlight Xbow is basically an MSB (i) with amathyst tier-ish ammo but 1 handed.
