This is exciting! I got a Switch recently and have been enjoying it to death, although I find myself wishing I could be working on my CEMU save (100% except for Korok seeds) instead of getting a new one back up to that point. I'm not yet willing to use homebrew on it for a good while though, we'll see what the future brings.
Not sure on exactly how. But look at converting the botw save from switch to Wii u. Then you go from there. I remember way back I did the opposite, wiiu to switch.
