Real deal Armalite AR10s have the slant cut with no forward assist just like the Billet sabres do. Also the billets don't have the Sabre logo on the left side of the gun, its blank. If you don't care and just want a nice AR10 that isnt 5k, then yea just get the Forged.The main difference other than furniture and looks is the barrel and buffer spring/weight and is much better out of the box. I believe the Sabre uses sprinco springs and it’s a massive upgrade to the shit that comes with the PA10. r/AR10.

I have a 13.7 in Jakl with the F5 stock and it is a great gun. Feel free to check my comment history. The fit and finish is better than PSA, but when it comes to AR10s, its exceedingly common to get a barrel that has an undersized gas port and compared to PSA, you're paying more for less. Especially when comparing an M5 to a PSA Sabre 10. To act like Aero is leagues better than PSA is just outright foolish.
There are two different types of the Sabre, forged and billet. The forged is basically a premium PA-10, and is compatible with those parts. The .308 forged has been for sale for a couple weeks and the 6.5 CM a couple days.
