They recommended 10-30 year round for that motor unless you were doing lots of heavy towing. So i would go right ahead and use the T6. You can plug the hole in your intake and re route the line from the oil fill out of the engine bay under the truck. The CCV blows an Oily mist into the intake, thus putting oil in the intercooler.Generally, the ICP sensor will fail by the time it leaks any amount of oil to be noticeable. I would be leaning more towards a gasket being broke somewhere at the rear of the engine. Since you just had your turbo off, definitely check the lines for it too. 2003 F250 6.0. Ford or any other diesel shop will charge you a grand, I would stick with oem parts. A water pump is a replaceable item just like an alternator or battery it will fail. Apr 9, 2008 · I installed the AGR Ford Super pump. It's for 99.5-2004 7.3L PSD. It costs $240 at autozone and you don't pay shipping. It is basically a OEM pump that has been rebuilt by AGR and has a new support bracket, mounting bracket and larger resivoir and puts out 1500psi at 4GPM which is substantially better than the OEM pump.

The cause of it, is usually during the cleaning process of the top cover, the chemicals like varosol other other cleaning agents cause the sensor to fail the seal. That way you can see how your oil cooler is holding up etc. once you know how everything is doing then you'll know where to start.
