I personally upgraded my Glock - Zev magwell, Apex trigger, Trijicon RMR, Trijicon suppressor sights, True Precision threaded barrel, Streamlight 8a, Lasermax green laser guide rod. The 920 has much of that and cheaper. Both shoot great and zero issues with my Glock, while I had some 'break-in' issues with the 920. The L is just a little bit softer but not much. I think the deciding factor should be whether you plan on running a dot vs iron sights. If you plan on running a dot, go for the regular MR920.
