To start with I would open the radiator cap and make sure it is full, right up to the top. A couple of weeks ago the electric radiator fan came on during a 2 hour drive and was very loud. After that day, that fan now comes on at full speed whenever driving more than about 10 miles on the highway. At full speed, its loud!
