Pull the IOD fuse and test each side of the fuse socket with the key in the ON position. One side should not have voltage. Currently having some issues with my 2017 wrangler and all signs are pointing towards the IOD fuse, however; there is a plastic covering on it that I just can't seem to remove. I don't want to put too much pressure on it because I don't want to break it. Does anyone know how to remove it? Pic for reference, the IOD fuse is circled in red.
