you mean the rider bonus obvious question, You were the one who imprinted the baby dino ? No, but have the server setting on that the imprint counts for everyone. The additional stats of Imprinting is always there. Not the rider bonus since you didn't imprint it.

I would assume that if the hatchling were imprinted to a rider, it would get whatever bonus was given.
