Some of you have probably noticed deteriorating quality from Warby Parker lately. I'm here to tell you, things are only going to get worse. Their customer service advisors have, in years past, been treated fairly well. The pay is decent for full time (part time folks, not so much) and the benefits have included free glasses and a wellness stipend.
