no, the whole basket with the gear on it, you grab the basket with 2 hands and wiggle it side to side. There will be a little bit of wiggle with it taken apart. Put the plates back in and torque everything up and check it again. If it wiggles after that u need to mic the OD of the collar and ID of the smaller gear.
