If you have a lot of mods and you think that it's just one mod that's causing the crash and you have no way of knowing which mods are "known good" - use a binary search rather than re-enabling one at a time. Maybe also do a sanity check with all mods disabled to see if your Stellaris installation is broken.

Anyways as of this morning I attempted to open Stellaris multiple times. Game opens fine, then it loads to 100% and stops responding for an indefinite length of time, and so the only option is to close it.
