The 3mm is our low-profile extension for the Staccato/Springfield Prodigy/Atlas/Infinity 9/38 2011 style magazine. Leaving in the factory spring and follower it will be a +1 on a 126, 140 and 170mm magazine. Although it will work on all 2011 magazines, its recommended as a low-profile pad for the 126 magazine to bump it from 17 to 18 rounds.Prodigys in my area have been going for 1350, which is at least 8-900 cheaper than the cheapest staccato. IMO (having owned a P DUO and picked up a Prodigy this morning) the Staccato has better build quality. The frame and slide finish is superior, the slide to rail fitment is slightly better (slide racks more smoothly on the Staccato) and the Staccato trigger is slightly crisper and lighter.
