I worked in a bad area. The process to becoming a carrier is 2-3 years working as an assistant. 6-7 days a week 10-12 hours a day.The pay is good, the benefits are good, the job is easy and consistent, but management here tend to be very petty and negative. The work environment can be extremely stressful and hostile depending on who’s in charge at the time. There’s drama with management at least 3 out of the 5 work days!
