If you're going to use coffee in pf tek, use weak liquid coffee to hydrate the rice flour. Coffee grinds are a bulk substrate material and great when used with coir, manure, compost, etc., but with grains they only dilute the mix. Brown rice flour is far more nutritious for mushroom mycelium than coffee grinds. RR.
