I'm applying for Apple Health for the first time, and it looks like there are 5 options which are available: Amerigroup, Community Health Plan, Coordinated Care, Molina Healthcare, and United Healthcare. I am unsure if there are major differences between the 5 in terms of coverage, or if they are all effectively the same.
