Installing gshade.

I installed GSHADE a few days ago and when i tried opening my game, a text popped up saying that The Sims 4 can't be run with my video card and that I should make sure that the latest video drivers are installed. This happened RIGHT after I installed GSHADE so i deleted it , yet my game still does not work and i've already tried installing it ...
