I just did this the other day by allying and asking a friendly crew to help me out. Took a couple tries but eventually it will happen. It’s easiest at an outpost, crews need only grab on of the quests on the board to get one for you to steal. Did stolen secrets but can’t buy linked cosmetics. So I did the stolen secrets commendation in order to unlock the mask but I’m still not able to buy it. When I did the commendation I didn’t get the usual pop up when you’ve done commendation but I checked that it indeed was marked as done.To get it, locate the ship and head down the stairs towards the lower rooms. You can quickly identify this section by finding the knife on the map. Get the knife from the lower deck and climb back to the upper deck.
