Bungie locked an exotic weapon with very low drop rate behind an activity to boost its usage. Those things are not worth 100 runs, Bungie should up the drop rate because its not comparable to a raid exotic in the slightest.
The exotic glaives all have the old coldheart issue of their main perk being that they are a glaive. Moving the unique perk of each glaive into the intrinsic slot would open up a slot for a perk. I played enough Wellspring back in the 1st season of Witchqueen to unlock all the legendary patterns. I have also done weekly Master Wellsprings until reaching Pinnacle cap in each season. And I still only have the one Exotic Glaive that I unlocked through the quest. Whatever the drop rate for the remaining two patterns is, it's way too damned low.
