Yes, that sounds right. There are a total of 4 wires coming out of the heater, 2 "L" wires , I presume my electrician will install the 240V wire and 2 "TH" wires, where it will lead to the thermostat. I seem to be missing a common wire. Don't worry about the L wires at all in the heater and follow the below diagrams:
