Yes it does. And with unbound healing it's 200 temp HP at lvl 20. It even works on Mass Heal. And boy noone is going down once Daeran get's his hands on Mass Heal. Atm my Daeran has 20 Mass Heals per day. thats about 12,000 HP worth of healing each day just from lvl 8 and 9 slots.

For example the competence bonus of Skald caps at 2, but it can give several bonuses to compensate. It also disables spellcasting for party members who accept rage.Favorite Daeran Builds. Daeran seems to be such a conceptually flexible character, and yet one I struggled to figure out on my first run. He’s obviously the best healer available, but he needs some secondary purpose. Otherwise, he’s just dicking around in combat waiting for someone to need healing, which is boring and a waste of action economy.Ive watched a couple guides for daeran, one had him running red salamander ring (but embers getting mine) and the other had him as a melee dps using rapiers and riding a wolf. Issue is both of these builds conflict with equipment other characters need. Camellia needs the rapiers, and ember needs the red salamander ring.

Oct 2, 2021 · So I tried a bard in my 3rd run. Respeced Daeran into bard with his native stats and respec mod even. His stats at lvl 9 are 4 str 22 dex 10 con 8 int 12 wis 26 cha. So i diped into monk and all other into bard with weapon finesse & mythic, so his hit and dmg rolls scale off dex. Yeah with mage armor he has >35 ac. Can be buffed with other buffs >40 ac.
