2693 posts · Joined 2004. #1 · May 22, 2012. I recently had a 103" big bore kit installed on my 2002 Road King EFI version. The dealer sold me a EFI Super Tuner S.E. Pro 32109-08B with which they tuned the bike. The bike runs like a scalded dog dynoing out at 94 HP and 100 ft/lbs torque. Here is the problem.This big bore cylinder and piston kit contains S&S 4-1/8" bore cylinders and forged flat topped pistons, rings, wrist pins, head and base gaskets. The cylinders are machined with the stock bolt pattern and are intended for use in stock crankcases of 2007-'17 big twin except 2017 touring engines.The Fuel Moto 110" Big Bore offers the biggest bolt on displacement available for H-D Twin Cam 96" and 103" motors, it features our 110 Extreme Duty Cylinders with special high tensile strength steel sleeves …In the next year I also want to put in an S&S 107 big bore kit.
